There are certain foods which help to reduce cellulite, but we should also consider drinking water.

If the skin is well hydrated it will look healthier and it will do a better job of hiding the fat cells underneath the skin. You should get at least eight to ten cups of water a day, but you can also get water from foods such as apples, grapes, melon and cucumbers. Also, picking fruits and vegetables that are high in vitamin C helps prevent the breaking down of collagen and this makes fat cells and cellulite less visible. Try foods such as tomatoes, kiwifruit, oranges, and papaya for the best results.

Eat whole grains foods rather than the refined grain versions (rice, bread, pasta, cereals), these will be better for you as they are a good source of complex carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, fibre and are low in fat.

Take exercise, combine cardio (like running or biking) with strength training which can help your body metabolise food more efficiently, decreasing the accumulation of excess cellulite and the overall appearance of fat on your body.

Why not try Herbalife’s body contouring creme – it  contains Gingko biloba extract and fruit acids which help improve the appearance of skin firmness, texture and tone in problem areas.
